Corporate Politics - The Visible Guerrilla warfare

Where money and power churns unequivocally, politics is sure to have a role to play in it. Relationships backed by politics are quite often flimsy and fragile. Political dynamics are difficult to define and structurally chaotic. They are best learned from the experiences of stalwarts and incumbents in the field.

As the law of the land prevails everywhere, weaker sections succumb to pressure by the strong/stronger/strongest. And, as always, in no part of the world, the vulnerable, weak and innocent gets an opportunity of being heard more than once.

Well ! the case in point, Corporate politics is no exception to the above rule.

Aren't corporate individuals driven by company-wide policies and procedures ? Don't they act according to pre-defined management protocols ? So, what's the need to inculcate corporate politics to be successful ?

The lifestyle of a Corporate Politician is different and unique in comparison to the Statesman, whereas the latter is an extrovert, the former is more like an ambivert.
